Terms

These terms cover the Plinth market: accounts, listings, stakes, and the other paid products described on the site. If you do not agree, do not create an account and do not pay.

The product

Plinth displays companies in an order set by the rules. Rank is a published stake. It is not an opinion about which company is better, and it is not an offer of securities, a lottery, or a contest with a prize. You may not describe a stake as an investment.

Accounts

You must give a durable email and keep the password to yourself. Account questions go to hello@plinth.world. You are responsible for stakes placed from the account. One person or company may list more than one product. One account may not pass its own other listing. We may close an account that does.

Listings

You must have the right to promote the URL you submit. You must not impersonate another company, buy a rank and swap the destination, or list sexual content, malware, or a scam. We may remove a listing that breaks those rules without refund. The destination domain is fixed after the listing is created.

Stakes and other products

Prices, floors, and the passing increment are shown before you pay and described on the rules and refund pages. Those pages are part of these terms. A cleared purchase is non-refundable except where the refund page says otherwise. Sponsored placements are labeled and do not change rank.

Visits

Impression and click counts are a record of what Plinth observed. They are not a guarantee of audience size, quality, or sales. Deduplication is best-effort. Do not buy a stake because a count will hit a number.

Acceptable use

Do not attack the service, open accounts to manufacture a bidding war, scrape in a way that degrades the site, or submit payment details you are not allowed to use. We log review decisions.

Availability

The market can be interrupted for maintenance, abuse response, or a failure of a provider such as the card processor. A missed notice does not refund a stake. Your record of payments remains available from the desk when the service is up.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Plinth is not liable for lost profits, lost rank, or decisions you or a competitor make after seeing a public stake. If a liability cannot legally be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid Plinth in the previous three months. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for anything else that cannot be limited.

Changes

We can update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do. A stake already cleared keeps the refund rules that applied at purchase. Continued use after an update is acceptance of the new terms for new purchases.
